The official end of my first week of Phase 1 and I've lost a total of 7 lbs...that is very encouraging!

Lost those 4 lbs. I had rediscovered over the holidays and 1 extra to go along with it...what a great way to start the weekend! The 30 minutes of exercise each day and sticking to the Phase 1 eating plan has really paid off.

Having a good morning...tried a yoga video for the first time which I have to admit was rather relaxing if I could get past the kids laughing at me! Then did a cardio workout.
Had the sausage & cheese "muffin" for breakfast with some tomato wedges.

Today is much better! Day 1 was a little rough...not so much on the eating end but on the sugar withdrawal and headache end. I know this will pass and I will be much better off for it.
Did my 30 minutes of cardio this morning, so I'm ready to face the day.

When I put in my starting weight I was guestimating from the last time I had weighed myself...obviously way before the holidays!!
So I decided to get an accurate starting weight this moring and found that I've rediscovered 4 lbs. that I had previously losed...YUCK!
I'm headed to the store today to buy South Beach Phase 1 friendly foods and really looking forward to planning out the next 2 weeks and getting back on track.
