I haven't been on here in a few days. I was finding that I could easily spend hours at a time on here and not get a dang thing around the house done, so I had to cut it back! Weigh in day is tomorrow, I am hoping/praying for a continued downward movement on the scale to keep me motivated!!! I started a new fitness class this week, and continue to do my elliptical at home, so let's hope it's been working! I think next month I'm going to switch to a weight lifting class, that has had big results for me in the past. Let's go blue!

OK, had my first downward movement on the scale today in a while! I'm hoping this momentum continues. I have switched up my diet,yes, yet again! I felt like I was eating too much on WW (could have something to do with the fact that I'm extremely impatient and wanted change NOW), so I started tracking everything at thedailyplate.com. There is a place on there where you put in how much you want to lose per week, your weight, height, and activity level, and they tell you how many calories to eat to lose that amount, so that is what I'm doing, plus my workouts and such. So far, the scale likes it. For my weight/height/activity level, I am trying to stay between 1200-1400 calories to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs per week.

Went to my first Zumba class today, LOVED it! Am excited to continue, but wish it was more than Tu & Th. This might be my first step in getting back to dancing, would love to take a hip hop class, but I better start slow, this will be great!

OK, I'm starting over today (ever the Monday girl, I am)! I fell off hard on Saturday morning, and did OK until Saturday night, and then Sunday was just a horrid horrid thing food wise - superbowl, pizza, etc. I don't even like football (nor did I watch), but I sure do like pizza (so of course I ate it). Totally fell into my old habits! Anyhow, not gonna dwell on it, just going to dust off and try, try again! I'm gonna just call last week a test run! Let's hope for a better day, I've read a few journals already this morning, and a lot of them sound like mine, damn weekends anyway!
