major plateau. weight has been hovering around the 76.5 - 78.5 range for the last two weeks. been in taking 1800 calories everyday with the same exercise routine.
it should be noted that i have not been sticking to my macros though so that might be hindering progress as well.

OMAD and intermittent fasting seem to be doing the trick. Maintaining a caloric deficit of about 500 calories.
Exercise involves training 5 days out of the week. 4/5 are weight training and 1 is for cardio.
