Today was a good day! I have stuck to my diet and I got my 30 minutes of excercise in. I tried a new recipe tonight called cheesy chicken enchiladas, it was delicious and low in calories. Now I just have to make it through the night which really is my weakness because I sit and curl up and watch all my tv shows and I really like to snack during this time.

Man this isnt easy when you are sick. I have stuck to eating right the last couple of days but I have gotten no excercise in. I am feeling 90% better today so I plan on getting in a good hour- hopefully! I already am so thankful for this site, it keeps me very motivated! I did learn that I need to only weigh myself once a week, I have found myself doing it every day and that gets very discouraging when I see a change and then it goes up and down, no fun!

Yuck!! So I am sick today my hubby got the cold 2 days ago and now me and my lil girl have it. So I have been on the couch all day cuddling with her and watching movies. So no excercise for me today, I may get on the Wii if I get some energy. I had a good day yesterday I stuck to my calories but didnt get any excercise in. So my hubby is bringing me some Subway on his way home from work, yay me I had a choice of what I wanted him to pick me up. Ofcourse the first thing I wanted to say was McDonalds or something like that. So instead i looked up subway and found a sandwich low in calories so I am going to give it a try. I hope we all start feeling better by tomorrow.

Day one with FatSecret. Today was a good day. I am still not sure what kind of diet will work for me. Right now I am counting calories but I feel like I am not giving it all I can. I want something to stick to other than just counting calories. If any of you have ideas for me please send them my way. I also found myself sitting down to much today and not getting up and getting stuff done. I have a habit of sitting and getting on the computer and then not getting up. Plus I really take advantage of my little girl taking her nap by sitting down and taking a rest. I really should be working out during that time. Oh well first day I will try to do better tomorrow. I am normally not very good at this journaling thing but I am going to try to keep up with it.
