I have actually lost from 9 to 10 pounds over the last two and a half weeks. I started on 6/11--not 6/18.
My starting weight is wrong! It was 159-160 so, my chart won't reflect this loss!!!
My husband said "why did you 'lie' about your starting weight?"!! Didn't lie!! Just didn't type very carefully!! Now I hate that I can't see my progress on the little blue line!! :o(

Thought it might help to keep a food diary.?? I've seen quite a few do it so, here's how today went.....strict PH 2, day 2 for me:
3/4 of SB breakfast wrap
cup skim milk
1 grilled salmon fillet
2 cups green beans w/garlic salt, bacon bits
1/4 of a nectarine
SF peach tea
SF fudgesicle
cheesestick
SB pizza (grilled chicken and veggie--very good--didn't eat rim crust)
SF jello with dollop of SF CoolWhip
cup skim milk
1 SF hard candy
1/2 palm full cashews
Lots of water..............and...............walked 2 miles on the treadmill!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOP!!!! I'm gettin' back on the work out bandwagon!

Well, I have lost from 8 to 9 lbs! Don't think my scale is very accurate? Have not weighed in on chart b/c I realized I typed in the wrong starting weight! Should be 159 lbs. and I can't change it! So, if I weigh in at 150 now, looks like I've lost nothing!!
Started PH 2 but, not adding back any breads just yet, not even 100% wheat, just a little fruit, high fiber ones, occasional all wheat tortilla. I guess a strict version of PH 2! Don't want to chance slowing my weight loss right now.
Salads are getting old.......I'm going to have to start cooking and try out the great recipes around here!!
Hope all are doing well! Press On!!

I am doing OK. Gave in to a small slice of pizza last night! UGH! Am going to be forgiving, first time in 11 days for bread of any kind! I am missing lots of "real food". ha!
OH, and ever noticed how much more expensive the healthier foods are? Is it any wonder we are an obese society?
