Had to go to the doc today for sinus crap. It really is a great feeling that the doc's scale also shows a 27lb weight loss. Although, his scale is 10lbs higher than mine, it shows the same loss..... he has me tracking my blood pressure for 30 days and if all remains good, he will cut my med dose in 1/2 for 30 days, then if all good, I MIGHT... key word there be able to possibly go off of blood pressure meds. That would be a godsend!!! I continue to make the right choices. I had to go buy 2 pairs of work dress slacks as the others were falling off. This is the 1st real time I can see a difference... Bagged up all my fat summer clothes and donating them. I am more determined than ever. Failure, as it has ended up the last 10 years over and over is not an option for me anymore... period. I am now 43 and it gets harder and harder. Not looking to be super skinny.... just healthy and out of the plus sizes once and for all! I am blessed.... truly blessed with my life and need to take care of me!

Stepped on the scale this morning and it shows I am up 1 lb. Seriously..... If anything, I should be down 1/2 lb. It is not that time of the month for me as that shop was closed 10 years ago. wtf? These are the things that send me into old habits. Not seeing everyone at lunch eating pasta or burgers, but seeing the scale fluctuate. I have to stay away from the satanic scale unless it is my weigh in day. errrrr.... I will not fold...

Great redemption week. Drank ALL my water, remembered to take metamucil (feel so old when I say that) so that I am getting enough fiber, ate great, even allowed myself 2 homemade (small) chocoate chip cookies this weekend that my daughter and I made from scratch. Focused I am. I FINALLY can start to see a difference in something besides my boobs! My pants are really getting to baggy and I am wearing a 1x shirt today. Something I have not been able to do in 10 years. I HAVE to start running. It is something I want to do so bad. I went and bought a good pair of sneakers as I think the last pair I owned are 10 yrs old (obviously since they still look almost new proves I do very little excersize). My major goal that is on my bucket list is to do a 5k marathon. Always seemed so out of reach, but not anymore. Even if I have to walk it, I will do it. In the last 15 years of up and down weight (last 10 yrs always up), I have never been so motivated. Shame on me for allowing it to get this bad. I need to be around as long as possible for my kids.Life is a gift and I need to respect and be thankful each day..... Skinny me wants out and slowly, the right way, I will set her free :)

Forgot to mention..... I have been drinking about 3/4 of a gallon of water a day for 2 months now. I think this weekend I had maybe 1 glass total. I have some serious redemption to do this week...... but I will do it.

Happy about the 2lbs, but I KILLED it on Friday night/Saturday. We rented a cabin with some friends in Helen. We ate. Did great for lunch, they all had German yummy food and I had a side salad with steamed veggies. Then, it all went to the crapper. Had dip, chips, baked potatoe wtih flesh (steak) which I never eat, beer that I haven't drank in years. Continued on all night. So, again, grateful for the 2lbs, but it could have been a little more. I am back on track as honestly, it just was NOT worth it!!! I will hit it hard this week. I will NOT go backwards... I have come too far.
