Ini kenyang bgt, tapi kalorinya ga seberapa. Resepnya cuma tahu, udang, brokoli, tauge, telur kocok, dicampur jadi satu, bumbunya pake bamer baput doank ditambahin bumbu makaroninya. Kenyangnya mantul. Ditambah nasi ga sampe 400 kalori.

Bulan kmren ikutan FS ga ngerti polanya, TDDE 1900 BMR 1500, aku makan di 1200 selama sebulan kmrn. Pas di awal febuari barulah paham sistem FS makan harus di BMR. Alhasil seminggu ini aku sakit, pusing, lemes, badan pegel-pegel, flu.
