I wasn't good on Valentine's Day. I ate the chocolate ALL the chocolate lol. I also have been working out pretty hard and lifting weights at least every other day. 1st time I have hit this weight in over 2 years!! Very exciting.

So this is good problem to have I guess! My ring will not stay on top of my finger it keeps sliding down as I type!! It seriously was about to cut off circulation for the last 2 years and I haven't been able to get it off for cleaning in that period either. I was able to get it off and clean and back in with ease this weekend!! 💍💕😁

I was hesitant to weigh this morning because well because my monthly visitor finally showed up over a week late which is an automatic 5 pound bloat fluctuation. I also have wanted to eat everything in sight but I have done super well with sticking to keto foods and not going overboard. I just haven't returned to fasting because at this time that's just impossible and would be setting myself up for failure. Due to the back pain and severe cramping that happens I don't typically exercise during a couple days of it either. So I'll be able to get back to it probably tomorrow or the next day!!! So happy with myself right now!!!
