The personal trainer did my body fat and it was 49%. So I have a lot of work to do. But I am ready to work. He told me not to focus on the scale but the fat, so that is what I am going to do. I am ready to lose my first 40 pounds by Sept 1,4008 and a total of 98 pounds.

Well, you can say I blew my diet this weekend. Then I do not count that I am actually dieting just yet because I have not received my book yet. However, this was V-day weekend and we had just a great weekend with food, fun and friends. Our friends surprised us with the fact that they are on weight watchers, so we did make a promise that the next time they see us we would be slimmer. Therefore, I am not going to put down what I ate. I must say that the weekend involved the biggest chocolate cake you have ever seen and it was better than sex. LOL So pray for me this week that I work hard to do better getting my body ready for this undertaking and that I find a gym this week to start going to.

I am so pumped about the weight lost journey I am about to take. I went home and told my family that I was going to do this diet. I also told them that they were going to be doing it also. I am a diabetic and I have high blood pressure. I told them that I could not do it by myself and I was not going to be cooking two seperate meals. My family agreed that we would start the diet as soon as my book comes in. I am so EXCITED!!! I am looking to make some workout friends and mentors.

Hi, I am just starting my dieting. I ordered the book and hope to get it next week. Can anyone give me tips on what I can do to get ready for the fat smash diet while I am waiting for the book.

This is my first day and I have decided to start on the good foot. Unfortunally I went to BK this morning and had a value meal. OJ, fried hash rounds and a double croissant. What a way to stat lol. However, I am not giving up already. I joined the 50 million challenges and I decided to the diet from the challenge and stumbled onto this web site. So forgive me for my first mess up. However, I will do better tomorrow.
