Ok so I was hoping for a better loss, but 1 pound is better than no pounds. No more alcohol for me, and I have to add more protein, and less carbs. I do know where I am screwing up, so it is up to me to fix this.

feeling really good today, slept well. I may possibly have enough energy to clean another part of my bedroom, little bit at a time. Bills and paperwork has piled up on every flat surface I have. lol But that's what happens when you have nothing to motivate you. I got to feeling like all I did was work and housework. Now I am starting to enjoy the little things again.

I started 2 days ago in a new position, as supervisor at work. I feel an increase in my energy level already, being in a good mood will do that to you I guess. I am finally doing what I love and am able to move about the store instead of being chained down to a cash register. I have taken on a few more hours, and what I do now involves a lot more bending and stretching. I am finding myself still pumped enough when I get home to do about 3-4 hours of housework...and yes, my place needs it. being depressed for quite a while I have let things go and I feel like I am doing spring cleaning, (of course without the spring part, it is -4 degrees this morning)! I will have to bundle up to clean off the car today we got about 3-5 inches of snow last night.

Ok so yesterday I kind of slipped during the super bowl, I had 2 really awesome homemade sloppy Jo's, 4 beers(which caused the problem) and some tostito's scoops with salsa con queso. I am hoping that after digging my car out of the snow and shoveling the driveway will take care of all those excess calories! Otherwise doing good, feeling great and ready for my first day in my new store tomorrow. I am excited to be opening this new chapter in my life, kind of scared a little too...I am very easy to get along with, but I have been in the other store for 5 years. I hope I can build great relationships with my new co-workers.

I got on the scale this morning and was happy to see another 2 pounds gone!! Hooray for that! My brother has fully improved and gets to go back to work tomorrow YAY!! My Hubby on the other hand got some bad news, he went to get a physical and they called on Thursday to tell him he is diabetic :( They want to meet with him this week to follow him and see if it can be treated without insulin shots, by diet and exercise. But that means he has to give up his beer, he is crushed.
