Es muss nicht schön aussehen. Mein Betthupferl seit einiger Zeit, erinnert mich an Babybrei. Chia, Proteinpulver Vanille, Aprikosenkernmandelmus, Sojajoghurt, Sojamilch. Gut aufgekocht und mal mit Kirschen drin.
