Ayer dia 8 julio 2015 pesaba 83.3 kg, hoy peso 82.1 kg ..he adelgazado 1.2 kg .El objetivo que me he propuesto es de llegar a pesar 75kg para el dia 9 de julio,cuento con 1 mes ,durante la trayectoria intentare no pasar de 1500 calorias diarias y acompañare con 30 minutos a 1 hora de paseo diario,no obstante ire escribiendo el ejercicio exacto que hago todos los dias , asi como la ingesta de alimentos.Lo importante es no abandonar y lchar hasta llegar a la meta.SI SE PUEDE
