Aiuto! vengo da un luuuuungo periodo di restrizione che mi ha portato anche all'amenorrea, dato che non volevo rimanere sterile a vita mi sono data da fare per aumentare, sono passata alle 1800 kcal negli ultimi 2 mesi, ma il mio corpo sembra non abituarsi all'introito e continuo ad aumentare di peso. non riesco a capire se è a causa degli allenamenti che mi fanno aumentare i muscoli (faccio due volte a settimana crossfit) o se sto sbagliando qualcosa con i macro: cerco di tenermi sui 50% C 25% P e 25% G
