Whew I was sick most of last week. Still am sick actually but am starting to feel better. Got out and ran today! My best run I've had for quite some time! I did a 10:45 pace overall for 3.5 miles. I still can't breathe very well but it was good to get out. It helps to motivate me. :-)

Today is hill sprint day!!! wOOT wooT! I think my scale is wacked though, I'm going to have to buy another one or use the scale at work for weighin. I got on the scale three times this morning, the first time it said I weighed 201, next 206.2, last 204.6... I went with the 204.6. hmmmm. I do feel like I'm losing weight, I need to measure myself so I can see inches. :-)

Working from home today. My daughter is sick and her friend that is staying with us for awhile is also sick. :-( On the plus side I was able to make scrambled eggs with egg whites and one regular egg and salsa. I like that so much better than eating hard boiled egg whites... I plan to try to get out for a short run today around noon. :-)

Busy day at work! I didn't get out for my hill run. :-( I did walk with my husband and dogs for almost an hour after dinner. At least I got a little exercise in today!

I'm getting tired of egg whites. :-/ A friend suggested jimmy deans d lite break sammys. I'll have to try that. Yesterday I did not get out for a walk with the pups. It's my "rest" day from running but I am trying to walk even if I don't run. Today is my Tuesday hill run. I cannot find my iPod though, so I'm trying to tell myself it'll be ok without my music. I'm trying to figure out the right calories to eat to lose weight. I would like to increase my protein percentage, but I still haven't had time to go grocery shopping. Overall my attitude is pretty good I think. I just hope on Saturday when I weigh I see a decrease in lbs.
