Olahraga 45-60 menit sehari. Tidak sedang diet ketat, makan biasa +- 1000 kalori per hari..

belum terlalu banyak perubahan but its okay. cuma ngandelin olahraga 45-60 menit sehari (5-6x/7hr) sama ngurangi ngemil. makan masih normal wkwk..
