primeira postagem Aki ja estou na dieta ops dieta não reeducação alimentar a 15 dias e estou muito feliz com o resultado quase 9kg jogados fora em 15 dias nunca imaginei que apenas diminuir significativamente carboidratos iria emagrecer tanto estou fazendo a low carb o mais difícil até agora é adaptação ao adoçante estou usando xilitol mas fica uma sensação de dormência na boca que me incomoda mas ainda assim é melhor que os convencionais
