Iseng2 konsultasi sm dokter. Ternyata tergolong Tipe badan ENDOMORPH dan SKINNY FAT. wajar aja sih ya udah mau 3 bulan diet, BB naik turun, bahkan SULIT bgt utk turun. Pdhl udh tiap hari jogging 30 menit, sorenya lanjut gym (2 hari gym 1 hari off). Pola makan jg udh mulai berubah terutama pagi itu pasti clean food. Ada kah saran teman2 supaya saya bisa bisa turun BB macam org diet pd umumnya? 😞😞😞😞😞
