Working 2 part-time and 1 full-time job doesn't leave much time for cooking. I tried grilling several meats last night and we'll see if they'll help with lunch and dinner.

Need to start a food journal so I can account for everything I'm eating. Gained .6 pounds and I'm not happy. My nutrionist gave me some pointers and now I just need to make a menu for the week. I'm finding that planning is key to weight-loss and not one of my stronger attributes.
