Stuck to my diet for the most part this week Only over a couple of points for a few days this week. I'll take the three pounds loss especially since my plan indicates a loss of one pound a week. Water, water and more water! Maybe that is my key? Good luck to the rest in the WW challenge!

Loss more than I expected. I have been drinking nothing but coffee and water. I don't expect this trend to continue for sure.

I have done really good on Weight Watchers before. This time it will be a little more difficult because I am on blood thinners which elimantes some green vegetables.
