kaki selalu 1st proses pembakaran lemak di aku. bahu tersulit sangat. aku udah berenti makan nasi dr januari, sblmnya lunch makan nasi 5/6 sendok. kenapa berenti nasi?karena aku kesulitan poop meskipun fiber udah banyak masuk.

Pancake oatmeal (kalo bisa gk usah pakek tepung ya) cukup telor oatmeal kasih gula dikit aja atau klo mau ada rasa kasih susu dr indomilk yg banyak rasa udah dijamin enak kenyang tinggi protein juga :))
