I’m back with Pilates on Mondays, on top of walking 1-3 miles daily with Daisy. Trying to eat much less at night. Fruit and veggies.

Ann Kaehn is my new since before March 2020 Glen Ellen friend. When I was feeling forsaken by Judy and pretty much everyone in my church relationships, Ann stopped by on Easter with mask on and a gift bag and an Easter card. We’ve watched several movies here with wine and snacks, and she and Daisy have brought joy back into my life. Jesus gave both to me. Covid19 has caused me to eat out of boredom and although I lost a few lbs initially, I’ve been at about 135 lbs lately.

Bad night with Mike Because I have Bob George’s contact info. Read the riot act. Accusations and never forgiveness. Needs $3000 to go to London. Four days he’s been here. Oh God, please fix both our hearts! I’m thinking of ways (authorizing him on credit cards to my financial ruin), asking my brothers to help (Mary says Mike needs to man up and ask them himself), home equity loan etc. Allison Bottke’s boundary books are my bedtime reads.
