Wow, it's amazing how much you don't really eat right when you actually right it down! I'm disgusted with my progress. I'd like to think I've been working on my diet all along but in acutuality I haven't done ditterly.
That's ok though, I am a firm believer in trying over and over again until you get it right. It may not come naturally for me and I have to work harder than others but I in no way feel that it is unattainable for me. No way, not if I truly put my mind to it. I have a lot of sound theories and practical advice on how to lose weight successfully but like the MAJORITY of the world - application is lacking. I must truly apply myself and create an environment that is conducive to success. This includes sleeping early (getting at minimum 7 hours a sleep), taking time each night to write what I ate and journaling. I also have to make sure I give myself time to play, work and enjoy family. If it was easy the whole world would be super models. But as it is - it's hard as hell but I won't give up.
Weight, eating all have to do with how I feel too inside. I must center myself (ground myself) in Christ and stop living in chaos but create order in my day - that's not actually too boring but on the contrary - it is necessary in order to achieve anything. Similar to how I worked hard completing my papers. I had to have a plan that would allow me to study, work, take care of my kids and rest. If I can do that (and not to mention stop smoking almost 12 years ago after 15 years of smoking a pack and a half day) I can do anything I put my mind to.

i am working on being consistent with making good choices about what i eat and when. it is not easy. i feel a little discouraged because i dont think the pounds are coming off fast enough. i am not very pleased with the way my thighs giggles or the amount of cellulite on them either. i cant wait to lose the weight and firm my body.
