Not much of a loss but a little. I am really proud I have been able to avoid all carbs this week since its valentines day and my husbands birthday! But there are plenty of other things to eat so I gotta focus on those!

Well it seems that the low carb diet is working for me. It hasn't been too tough to stay away from breads and sweets. (Not easy, there were definitely some cupcakes and creme brulees that crossed my path that I had to avoid) Here's to sticking with it!
