Well I am into the 140's now WOOHOO!! That is exciting! Now I just need to lose at least another 12 lbs to be in my "healthy weight" category! I am going to still try and lose another 14-20 but I will see what happens. Going on a run with Nicole tonight as long as the bloody weather holds out. I will be doing a 5K run with her and her sister on May 15. I am a little scared since I haven't really done any training for it, but I have a little bit of time between now and then. I just have to get out and run some more to get a little more practice. The running will hopefully help me get my weight down to where I would like to be. Time will tell!

So I have been a little slack with my eating lately. My hubby says that I am obsessed with this all and that I am looking good. I want to be able to indulge in some "bad" foods so I am justifying it by exercising more on those days that I do indulge. Maybe I am just kidding myself but if I am burning off more calories than what I am taking in still, then it should be ok? I hope so. My hubby isn't minding the healthy eating, but he also likes the treats like cake, cookies etc. I am trying to make healthier versions to keep everyone happy. Hopefully I am not screwing myself over LOL
I am stuck on a plateau right now and I know my indulging isn't helping. I will get there sooner or later. It is unrealistic to say I am never going to eat these foods again. Just trying to find the happy medium is the key...I haven't found it yet though!!

I was sick last week for the most part and didn't get in enough exercise. I did a bit each day but not enough. At least I didn't gain anything back...too bad there wasn't a little loss though. We went to Niagara Falls as well. I did lots of walking, but a few of my choices weren't the greatest. This week I am off to a much better start. I am still not feeling 100% but I did a full hard workout today and actually went jogging yesterday! 16 more lbs and I will be right where I want to be!!
