Been a gym member for about three weeks now and have tried loads of different classes to see what I like.. (loved them all so far😂😂) trouble is that I’m not sure what a good combination of classes weekly would be to give me most benefit . So it’s a question of how much aerobic ( Zumba) versus weight training (eg. Bodycon) versus stretching and core strength work (eg Pilates). Then there’s the good old treadmill and swimming.. Any advice would be appreciated
