No gula? No way! Makan buah aja gulanya alami, asalkan sehari tidak melebihi batas. Menurut WHO, batas gula sehari itu 50gr untuk AKG 2000 kkal, jadi bisa disesuaiin AKG kita ya. Kalau menurut Permenkes Nomor 30 Tahun 2013, asupan gula sehari maksimal 50gr
