Finally fixed my rice where there is less salt. I knew something was wrong. I gotta pay more attention to the posting for food. They can be wrong at times.

WOW!!!! I totally let myself eat way too much salt today. I knew better. I had too many hotdogs. Now I feel sick. (that's because you probably are having high blood pressure and all) I said I wouldn't let my weekend be my weak end but did it anyway. The crazy thing is I'm in my calories, the protein is good, sugar, carbs, all fine. I gotta do better or water pill and moving beyond. I can't keep pushing my luck.
On a brighter note, had a lot of fun playing block games with my son. I got some work done. Mom power.

Today I'm super excited and motivated. I was looking back into my workout journey journal and I've been losing and gaining the same weight for the last 4 years. I'm back to the weight I was April 2021 when I first started recording. At the beginning of that year I was 330. I'm so ready to return to who I used to be before I was pregnant (297) and go beyond it. I've got this. I'VE GOT THE POWER!!! ( Grayskull, Will I Am, Snap)
I'm happy I didn't let my sweet lil grumpy pants ( 7 year old son) get me down. He's at the point where he hates everything but what he wants to do.I thought that was reserved for teenage years YEESH!!! I'm thankful he still listens and does what I ask anyway. He always ends up having fun during our workout so I wish he would chose to stop. It's easier some days than others but I won't stop trying to set a good health example he can carry on and modify to his goals once he gets older. I told him next month he can design his workout routine and complete it alone and he backed out. LOL!!!

Pulling myself out of my 3-day homemade junk and salt binge. I saw it but didn't stop it. I feel better about things now and I'm proud it didn't get worst. I've had some serious falls when it came to binging where I ate half my weight in food and just didn't stop. It was all restaurant food.
I kept telling myself I didn't want to lose what I have gained so it's time to stop. The source of it was fear again. I'm stepping into the unknown and I have to remind myself that the unknown doesn't have to be scary. It's just new and that can be exciting. I just have to pick my mental direction and stay there. I choose happiness.
