I have not recorded a weight on Fatsecret, but I have gained 1.4 pounds. My diet start date was actually on Wednesday. (I did a cleanse on Monday and Tuesday.) Just hoping for my ego that I can drop those 1.4 plus more by this Wednesday. Gee whiz!

My girlfriend and I went out to dinner last night. I got stupid and ate two pieces of bread. I was so scared to weigh this morning because I KNEW that I was going to weight more, but I actually LOST a0.8 pounds....hmmmm....go figure! Maybe it will hit me tomorrow! Regardless, I am glad for that 0.8! :)

Second day on the diet. I worked in the yard today, so hopefully that will count as exercise!!! I should actually walk around the track because it is so beautiful.

I kinda sorta cheated when I went to Costco today. They are always giving out food samples. I tasted some sausage, edamame seeds, and whole wheat quesadilla with lowfat cheese. I think I'm going to walk at the track to try to "negate" those extra calories that I ate!
