Tonight's super simple Sunday dinner: One slice of Fleischkase (an awesome German meatloaf-type thing available at German butcheries in Johannesburg) with two fried eggs and black pepper. Nom <3.

Zoodle bolognase with cajun shrimp and rainbow tomatoes for dinner tonight <3. LOADED with protein, healthy fats and fiber, and only 468 calories for the entire thing (I can hardly believe it :D). Happy Saturday, all!

I bought a spiralizer from Oxo the other day and HOLY CANNOLI what an awesome little gadget. Tonight I gave zoodles a try for the very first time - added salami, mushrooms, red onion and a dash of cream, popped in two eggs and baked my concoction in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. What a win! Low carb, low calorie and super delicious. <3

Dinner: Pan-fried, lemony hake with roasted veggies and baby spinach. Pick n Pay ASAP is a lifesaver <3.
