Ran 5 miles yesterday and burned 1055 calories. Felt pretty amazing.....will try again today. #inspireothers #inspireyourself

Ok so I am making milestones within myself. Today I ran 4.6 miles today (took an hour but so what), burned 864.3 calories (woohoo) BUT my weight has not budged AT ALL and from my understanding cardio is the best way to burn fat......not build muscle. Am I missing something? I only have 5 pounds to lose and I’m in a calorie deficit wth???

Today was my first day doing a Peloton class it was a 45 minute 80’s music fun run. I’ll be the first to tell you I have never done 45 straight running on the treadmill so I kept my speed at a good steady speed for me and ran 3.5 miles
