Well, today is my first day of following You: On a Diet. Unfortunately I was a little off on my starting weight so I had to change that. But, I feel good about the new journey I'm about to embark on and hope that a healthier me will soon emerge. Wish me luck!

Ok, so I'm ABSOLUTELY determined to get this weight off. I've been following the Body for Life program for a couple of years and have managed to lost about 50 pounds. That's more than I've ever lost before but I'm just stuck and looking for something new. I saw the "You: On a Diet" listed so I've decided to try that after I read the book. I work at a Library so luckily I was able to get it today! Anyway, I'm hoping that a new way of eating might restart my weight loss (and my enthusiasm) so...let's get started!!
I would LOVE to hear from anyone who's following the "You: On a Diet" plan. Any tips, pros/cons, anything at all is welcome.
