I'm still here! Exercised a bit on the elliptical & had some good food today.... tomorrow is next!

Lost a pound! I think it's mostly due to really keeping track of what I'm eating.... a walk later today, I think.

Today is the first day.... I've been exercising a bit, but not eating as well as I should. Walking/running(?) a 5k in mid May.... love to lose some weight by then.....
