Getting there! Almost 10kgs...havent been this weight in more than 8 years ..yay!

Ugh! i am on a stall between 96.2 and 97.1 fluctuating from week to week. I need to break this pattern but not sure how. I am keeping my carbs to 20 grams or less and fasting 16/8 daily. Perhaps my fat is not high enough. I will look at adding a bullet coffee into the mix and see if that bolts me out of this stall.

Still not back to normal with my stomach but have been 16/8 fasting since Sunday, more for pain relief. Hope it subsides soon.

I have had terrible stomach ache since Sunday morning. Cannot work out why but have heard that there is a bug going around. I haven't been able to eat much so hence the weight loss. I am still not feeling 100% today so will take another part fast day and keep my liquids up 🤕🤒😔
