I have a few goals to reach. One is to get the garage cleaned out of all of the items stuffed inside, as well as hit 275 by the time we go to Las Vegas, May 30th, and to keep an eye on my emotional eating. This last week I didn't do much at all to empty the garage, but I did manage to eek out 10.2 lbs. Do I know it's the first week, and Satan's waterfall had had me bloated so that was going away, which helped my numbers, I will take it! Nice to see a number under 300! Emotional eating went very well, with only about 1 day where I noticed I was feeling like I needed to eat heavy, and I am proud of that.
This week, I will keep the momentum going, as well as get my car completely cleaned out, detailed, as well as the apartment cleaned out, so that next week when it's a bit slower, I can knock out some of the garage. The goal really is to have my new car sitting in my garage while I am gone. KIA's are notorious for getting stolen and I really don't want Judy Blue to be injured.
