Ok well yesterday was a great day!! Even though I haven't really seen an shift in the scale clothes are starting to show the difference in my good work! Id bought a pair of shorts a couple of weeks back assuming they'd fit me,and when I tried them on at home they wouldn't close :( BUT now they do!! Such a great feeling finally able to see results! I'd still have a wee bit of a muffin top in them but it's made me even more determined to work hard as I know it pays off!! Yay :D

Uh oh, looked like I've been going over my calorie intake! :/ we've had so much going on this weekend and were at a concert yesterday so I guess it was easier to fall off the wagon! I think it's time to stock up on vegetables and give myself a wee detox for the rest of this week!! (maybe I can pretend those were spike days?!) I'm thinking of changing my workout DVD for one which is a bit longer if I can manage, it's an hour and a half long so this would be a challenge for me, not only to have the energy to do it every day but to somehow fit it in to my schedule! I know if I did it the results would be a lot faster coming! Words of encouragement anyone?! :)

Well I'm trying to drink a lot more water and I am managing it so far, I'd never usually drink much so it's a habit I've t get in to! I have done my DVD already today but I feel energetic so I'm going to do it again once the wee mans in bed, if I can keep up doing it twice a day I'll surely start to see results?! People have said though that if I'm gaining muscle it may not show weight loss on the weighing scale but rather through trying on clothes? Is ther much truth in is I wonder? Either way I'll know once I get the body I'm happy with and if it doesn't necessarily mean weighing less but just looking better then I'm down with that!!

Ok so it's day two of my new lifestyle and day two on this website! I'd come on here for motivation but no one has replied to my posts or accepted my friends requests?! I thought this was all about support!! Maybe i should give it more time i was just hoping to find a buddy as soon as... Anyway I'm gonna keep recording my progress an pretend someone's reading when I record journal entries coz it can't hurt, and it might help?! But yeah today seems harder than yesterday, I'm so tired but I will get my workout in..the first few days are always the hardest I guess so this time next week maybe ill find it easier.! I hope...

Well, for me this is day one! I am going on holiday in 5weeks and I want to work as hard as I can so that I feel comfortable flaunting my stomach like all my other friends! I'm not great with motivation so I thought I'd give this a go..beach body here I come! :)
