Mid-shift work snack around 1:30 am. Baby carrots, wheat thins and red bell pepper hummus. I'm hoping to stay on track today!

Honesty time. Yesterday I made a choice to have a salad instead of donuts. I promptly proceeding to binge afterward on "healthy" snacks and just went absolutely ham. Next time, I'm just gonna have a donut and not ruin my entire day and mood. I felt like trash. I should've just had to stupid donut.
