I actually am doing much better today :) I got in a good run last night and the scale hit 134 this morning for the first time in over a month.
That is all :)

Started taking a multi vitamin along with a fat burner/energy enhancer yesterday, bought it from GNC, hoping it will give me the edge that i need to bust a$$ at the gym.
115 days left till i leave for Hawaii. I never thought these last few pounds would be so hard!! I've been trying really hard to keep my calories at 1300 or less, but i find it really hard to stay satisfied eating that little calories.
I'm still fluctuating between 135-137, so at least i'm maintaining. At this point i'm not feeling very confident that i will ever get these last few inches of fat off. I'm giving myself till July/August before i go bathing suit shopping, i cant wait too long or i'll miss out on all the good styles! They start taking them off the shelves in August! I really feel like i've run out of time, that i should just accept my body the way it is and give up. UGH! Today is not a good day obviously.... feeling totally defeated.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better!!

Still stuck. I'm actually up to 137 as of this morning. It has got to be PMS weight tho, there is no way i'm gaining!! This is freakin retarded.
So i guess low carbing it no longer does the trick for me... I'm going to keep the carbs low but also start watching my calories more closely, try to stay in the 1300 or less range.
I've also picked up the pace at the gym, i went 4 times last week, which was my goal, so yay me!
Gotta keep truckin along, i've come too far to give up 10 lbs away from my goal weight!!!

So after my weight dropped to 134.2, I went back up to 135 and have been stuck there for 10 days now! At first i thought it was just my period weight, but no, its still there.
I've been eating really great and avoiding sugar and 'white' carbs as much as possible, i've only caved a few times and they were special occasions, and i didnt gorge.
I havent been working out as much as i should, but i figured i'd at least drop a pound... And to make matters worse, hubbs lost 18 pounds in his first week!!!!! And another 3 pounds the second week. Thats more weight than i've lost in 2 freaking years! aarrrgh!!!
But in the end I'm not too worried about it. I'm actually pretty damn content with my body. My goal is still to keep up with weight training and eating healthy and i guess just see where it takes me. As long as i can find a cute tankini to cover my belly flab in Hawaii, i'll be perfectly happy :0)

Incase any of you were wondering, i DID have one piece of Russel Stover's, it was a caramel and it was glorious. Just one piece! :) Go me!
So my weigh in today was 134.8, which technically would have been a gain and since its my week, i've decided to hold off an official weigh in until there's a loss, seeing as how i'm only up .6 pounds on my period, i'm thinking there will be a significant loss somewhere in the near future. heck yes.
I resisted the temptation of the office breakfast yet again! and there were blueberry cake donuts!! My grandpa and i used to get blueberry cake donuts every sunday, and you really cant find them many places anymore. I was so excited to see one that i ALMOST ate it. But i didnt. (no offense Pawpaw :P)
My 2 lunch buddies are out today and i'm totally bummed. Its been a pretty regular thing to go out for lunch on Fridays, now that i'm not tied to the phones (one minor perk of the new job!), but i guess today i will walk to Quiznos for a salad, all by my lonesome, and then eat it at my desk.. oh bother...
Oh yea, Its Friday!!! Finally! Finally Friday!! Here's to a healthy weekend that doesnt involve losing focus and gorging on grandma's homemade banana pudding!!
