Still doing the same thing and a week ago found out my a1c is 8.4! Which its never been over 6 so its definitely time for a change!

STILL FLUCTUATING AT THE SAME WEIGHT... CAN'T QUITE KEEP ANYTHING CONSISTENT. I DO GREAT ONE DAY BUT THEN THE NEXT I DO CRAPPY. I FEEL THE NEED FOR INSTANT GRATIFICATION, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW TRANSFORMING MY BODY TAKES TIME... NEED TO TAKE IT A DAY AT A TIME!!!

STARTING MY OXYELITE PRO AGAIN TODAY AND ALSO TAKING SMALL STEPS TO EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. I REALLY DON'T EAT ENOUGH OF THEM SO STARTING SMALL AND ADDING THEM TO MY DIET. ALSO DRINKING MORE WATER TODAY. I NEED TO DO THIS FOR MY HEALTH, MY BP AND TO TEACH MY DAUGHTER HEALTHIER EATING HABITS. :)

I have gained back what I originally lost which REALLY sucks... I need to get back to the grind. The hubby comes home from Iraq in less than a month!!

Boy there have been A LOT going on right now with family issues and also some scary stuff going on in Iraq where my hubby's at. I have to admit I have definitely fallen off the bandwagon!! Gained a wopping 7 lbs in a lil over a month. :( I swear it's SO easy for me to gain the weight but losing it is hardly heard of for me! So I've started a couple challenges. Going to cut out the diet soda again and drink water and tea (for caffeine). Start doing my protein shakes again and starting p90x tomorrow and record my intake. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
