I worked over the weekend (Thursday thru Sunday) 12 hour shifts. I didn't get in exercise like I would want to. Two of the days I was marginally over my calorie goals. Today's ride was a planned one and was much better than my last long ride.
I actually feel pretty good.

I'm currently on track to beat last months mileage :)
Pretty happy about that.
I'm fluctuating by 2 pounds on weight at the moment.
The next three days will hopefully see me at 218. I plan on putting in
another 105 miles in that period.

Please don't hate me :)
Yesterday I surpassed 100,000 calories burned mark since Mid June. (this is when I started recording) I didn't eat lunch today if that helps lol! That's a very large porter house :)
I rode 40.7 miles today so I could eat that meal which was 2900 calories.
I was still under for day!
Ok now you can hate me! :)

I thought I was nuts.
After some of my bike rides I would smell ammonia. It wasn't in the room or on me. It seemed to come from inside my nasal passages. I have Aspergers and one of my unique abilities or flaws (really depends on the situation) is I have a heightened sense of smell. I'm the guy who can smell a food and tell you what's in it. I also can't stand garlic to my wife's horror. The smell actually offends me, it's to strong.
It bothered me a couple times as I couldn't pin point where it was coming from. I decided to look it up:
