Ok, getting frustrated here, eating less than before, but still not losing. Loaded a pedometer app onto the smartphone last night and I will be attempting to get my step per day up. Right now just spending LOTS of time at my desk - year ends for my bookkeeping business clients. I was up till 3am finishing one of them. I am exhausted, so will be going back to bed soon I think.

No exercise today - I was chained to my desk until 5 minutes ago, now I have to go cook supper for the family! Tomorrow morning I will take my walk BEFORE starting to work.
