mau tnya nii, klw kita olaragax cmn pakai beban barbel 3 kg dan 5 kg olaraga di rmh bgitu, itu bisa buat meningkatkan masa otot ngak..? tmn dsni olaragax ad yg cmn pakai barbel ngk, trus masa ototx meningkat ngak..?

ada masa di mana ketika liat timbangan terus turun kok aku khawatir krna yg turun bukan hnya lemak tpi massa otot, aku bb awal 55 skrng udh 42,70 body fat awal 39% dan skrng udh 27 % .. udh turun bnyk tpi body fat msh tinggi.. ad yg kyak aku jga ngak.. ?
