Yay! All my hard work payed off. I am so happy that all the calorie counting numbers really did translate to the scale. I'm starting to feel noticably thinner in my pants!

I cannot be trusted at a party...Still, I have a calorie deficit of about 5000 calories this week, so I should be down at least a pound tomorrow morning!

Well I definitely fell off the wagon today...my last day of class and I went a little crazy with my friends. Went out to eat twice, and to Starbucks, and out to ice cream....
But! I did still walk for a half hour, and managed to resist the drinking, which would have made it a lot worse. So not at the 1600 calories that I wanted to be at, but not the worst day ever considering.
Back to the plan for two more days, and then a great weigh in Monday morning!

Ahh! Why did the scale stop moving? I've been doing just as good with my eating and better with my exercise as before, but I weigh the same. I'm determined not to slack off...hopefully as the weather gets nicer, I'll spend some more time outside...I really don't want to cut my calories any more!
