It seems my body doesn't like fallin into the next weight bracket. Was at Vegas and did the best I could. No alcohol but ofcourse the eggs for my omelet had butter in them, then at lunch the only salad I could find was with proccuito ( that is so not how you spell it), and at the ACM awards the only snack was salted roasted peanuts so I bought a bag for $4 to only eat 10 of them. I couldn't remember how many I could have since I usually go for the 30 pistachios. Drank lots of water. and hope to hit 148 in the next few days....
