Still no working out but losing with just the high protein intake. I do not feel as hungry and I have a goal in place.

I fell asleep yesterday when I got home so again no exercise. I slept good after going to the dentist new crown put on. I have been watching my food intake and I'm really not hungry. Night time I get bored when the Hubby falls asleep early. I drink my eight glasses of distilled water daily and have not needed to take any pain meds any more. I need to get out and exercise I wish it would cool off so hot in Florida.

I am currently feeling good. I did not work out yesterday just walked the halls at work. I am geting dental work today and hopefully will get in a walk if it doesnt rain. Weight is still stable I know I have cut back alot of calories from candy bars and sweets. I have cut out most of the carbs now. I am trying to cut out the carbs but have at least 8 more meals in the freezer to get rid of. Not easy giving those up but I have to get it done. I wish I had a chef to make my meals it would be so much easier, other c/o eggs, eggs, and more eggs I agree there must be something else for breakfast besides eggs!! Anybody have any ideas for low carbs breakfast?????

I tried to do 2 workouts on the TV. It was OK but I have never had rhythm. I did break out in sweat. I need to put the hair up as one was with resistance band will continue these till I get the movement correct two a day.
