And down we go again. The only thing I can think was the extra salt in the nuts I had last week.So glad to be going in the right direction again! Dont get discouraged folks it does work given time.

????? Not sure why this happened. I ate too many pistachios but charted them. Very discouraging!

We now enter the long dark tea time of the sole. Slow and steady from now on.I wish it would all drop of fast, but I know that is not realistic.

Sigh hate to track this one! Hospital waiting room got me. Went for the nuts not the candy bar. Just did not release I ate three bags worth. A five hour wait was just to much. Will do better tomorrow!
