Thank you water weight loss! I freakin knew i was retaining water. The nr on the scale looked so terrible. Down 3kg in 3 days. Now the hard part of getting the actual fat on me gone is starting.
Wanted to do (Keto) IF 16:8, but ended up doing OMAD with my lunch being eaten with Dinner.

Thank you overindulgence Xmas and New Year 😅 Back at work today and easier to not snack. And wow, barely drank any water this festive season. No wonder i feel so sluggish. But at least i can get back at it now!
