Cheat day, stress makes me an eater, my mom had her 3rd heart surgery today, it is so nerve racking. happy to say she is doing as well as can be expected. Going to get back on track tomorrow, and its weight in day, so we will see what this week of stress has brought.

I don't get it. Up in weight, for 3 days I've only had less than 600 calories a day. Eating salads , drinking water. It gets so frustrating makes me want to just say f**k it. I know I just can't let this get me down. I was hoping that by my birthday weekend I'd be down. It seems like we work so hard to lose and the weight just creeps back in on a few days. Ok I'll quit complaining, and try to continue on this journey. I know it is one day at a time.

I'm about done with salads😄. I eat 2 a day, one with meat and other with,veggies. I know they are to be healthy, but some days it is difficult. my weekend is Monday- Wednesday, due to working. I try to stay on track, but with hubby home it's hard sometimes, so then its salads. Any suggestions of alternatives to lettuce and veggies?
