My goal today is to avoid cooking. I ordered breakfast from Clementine's. I ordered the healthiest thing on the menu, and I also ordered cheese jalapeno grits. I only had a couple bites of that. Dinner will be very simple, and I already made the banana cream pie thing. An easy day!!!

I may have exaggerated, for my dinner, the amounts of butter, sour cream and sauce on my potato and my steak. It was impossible to measure it, because it had been applied at the restaurant, so I rounded up. Maybe I'll get around to the pork burrito today, or maybe not. In the end, I did not drink all of the bottle of wine. There is a small glass left. And I did not eat anything else either, because I could not find anything that would fit.

It is Easter next Sunday, so I will fix something special - but not necessarily a traditional thing. Supposedly, a serving is 2 chicken wing drummettes, but that includes the sauce, and there is always sauce left over. PLUS this recipe is a Gina Weight Watcher's recipe. So who knows? I will make a lot in order to empty the freezer of chicken wings. As for today, the "hamburger" that is listed under my dinner is really just a small Signature sesame hamburger bun that is listed at 130 calories. But it is not in the list of foods that I can choose from, hence the cheater entry. I was going to make a chicken enchilada casserole, but I decided I'd rather watch baseball than mess with a cooking project.
I discovered one other amazing thing today. I plugged in Apothic Red to my list of items. I planned to drink one bottle of it, and according to Google, that is 3.17 cups. SO, I plugged that into my daily menu, and it came up being only about 360 some calories for the whole bottle. I do not believe that is correct. Can that be right??? A different source says it is 690 Cal. per bottle. That sounds more correct. It says that 750 ml of red wine is 634 cal. So there is a 56 cal. difference between these options, and I do not necessarily believe the list of ingredients and their calories that is offered on this site. Something is off here.
I just want to add that I was within my daily allotment for food and drink today, even though my food list says 101%. I did not have the whole bottle of red wine. There was part of a glass missing when I began to drink it, and there was a tiny bit left when I went to bed.

So I have ignored this site for about a year, and I have gained probably 10 pounds. Time to get back to the diet! My entry for Milton's crackers is a bit wrong. The list does not feature the kind of crackers that I have purchased: Milton's Organic Crackers with Himalayan Salt. About 3 crackers are 70 calories, so I get to have 3 instead of 2 for the 70 calories, but I am actually having 4 crackers, so that is 1 1/3 of 70 cal. My dinner will be part of my leftovers from the Casa. I have a rather large steak leftover, and I will cut it in half. I'll eat all the rest of my baked potato and sauteed veggies.

I am not keeping track this week, because I am eating up leftovers from restaurants, and I have no idea about the calories. I was bad at breakfast today at IHOP, but I had a senior portion. I ate it ALL.
