I'm happy to begin this journey once again, having fallen off the wagon after my pregnancy in 2020. Started Keto on the 4th January 2022 and I'm giving myself 3 months to lose at least 5kg. As a breastfeeding Mom I know it's not going to be easy and I will try to be kind to myself 😊 #Day9
