Hey Leute😆
sagt mal was habt ihr so für Übungen gemacht ganz am anfang eurer diät oder Ernährung Umstellung?
und was sollte man erstmal vermeiden am anfang,??

Mir wurde gesagt ich müsse erstmal 10 bis 15 kg verlieren um kraft sport zu treiben.
ist das wirklich so, weil ich habe ein etwas hängenden bauch und der soll wieder straff werden.😯
bitte um Rat von euch.!!

Guten Abend
ich bin erst seit heute dabei und teste nun diese app.
hoffe ja mal sie hilft mir sehr, da ich unbedingt gewicht verlieren muss😔
wer kann mir denn erzählen,wie er hiermit klar kommt und wieviel er von wann bis wann schon dadurch abgenommen hat.
